Phase One of our Bruin Pride Summer workouts will end today July 2nd. Attendance has been good and our football players have been working hard for the past three weeks. With that being said, we are excited to let you know that we will transition to Phase Two on Monday July 6th
I wanted to provide you with some details regarding the plan for Phase Two. This Phase is Monday – Thursday and will continue through July 15th. We will evaluate all protocols and procedures during Phase Two and make adjustments for our final Phase.
Phase Two – Starting Monday July 6th:
All 10th – 12th grade football players will report to the indoor facility for check in at 7:55 am. Our work outs will last from 8:00 am-10:00 am.
All 8th – 9th grade football players will report to the indoor facility for check in at 9:25. Our workouts will last from 9:30 am – 11:00 am.
We will continue all procedures and protocols from Phase One. We will limit the weight room to no more than 2 per rack. With proper ventilation, we can workout 32 players in our weight room. The remainder of the players will be on the field. We will rotate the players that start on the field into the weight room once it has been properly cleaned.
10th – 12th Check-in time: 7:55 am
Workout: 120 Minutes
End of workout: 10:00 am
8th – 9th Check-in time: 9:25 am
Workout: 90 Minutes
End of workout: 11:00 am
