Lanphear passed for 1,400 yards and 16 touchdowns and rushed for 1,300 yards with 14 touchdowns last season. He is back to lead the offense and no doubt should have a solid season.
Wide Receiver/Tight End – Peyton Trotter (Nowata)
Peyton is a senior and is the engine of the Ironmen’s offense. He is a player that will be used as a wide receiver and running back throughout the year. What he lacks in speed and size, he makes up for in crisp route running and toughness.
Running Back – Weston O’Rouke (Copan)
Good kid, a great teammate, and a leader even as a sophomore. He’s very dedicated to becoming a better athlete and is one of the strongest guys on the team. He’s a very likable young man that works hard in the classroom.
Offensive Lineman – Cooper Wood (Bartlesville)
One of the leaders of the Bruin’s FCA group, Wood is very involved in every area of athletics being a multi-sport athlete as well as a leader in several Academic groups.
Defensive Lineman – Avery Hitchings (Bartlesville)
Hitchings ended last season with 14.5 tackles and a forced fumble. He is expected to step up and play a bigger role this season.
Linebacker – Casey Young (Bartlesville)
A force at linebacker, Young registered 43 tackles, one tackle for loss, and one pass breakup last season.
Defensive Back – Zaiden Masters (Dewey)Zaiden is a hard-working kid who has continued to improve every single year he’s been a part of the program. Last year he became one of the team’s best guys in the weight room and that translated to the field. Coaches were able to leave Zaiden on an island anytime at cornerback while playing in a really tough district.
