Coach Kirk
9th Grade Head Coach. 8th year coaching, 5th year at Bartlesville.
Cameron Kirk begins his first season with the Bartlesville Bruins program in 2020 as the safeties coach. An elite motivator and developer of talent, Kirk brings a proven track record to the Bruin staff.
Kirk arrives in Bartlesville after spending the last school year coaching at Blackwell High School. While at Blackwell, Kirk served as the Head Baseball Coach, varsity wrestling coach, as well as running the weight room for Blackwell athletes.
Coach Kirk spent the two previous years reestablishing the baseball program at Shidler High School. In the two years at Shidler, Kirk was able to lead the Tigers to 55-21 record and a district championship.
Cameron Kirk not only brings a wealth of knowledge in several sports but he is a premier leader off the field. “Cameron Kirk is the kind of coach that we want around our Bartlesville players” said Head Football Coach Jason Sport.
Kirk, 27, was a three-sport standout at Pawhuska High School where he claimed two state championships in wrestling, earned a scholarship to play baseball in college, and lead the football team to three playoff appearances. His 2009 team upset Heritage Hall, with notable stars Barry Sanders Jr and Sterling Shepard, Kirk was named the district offensive player of the year and garnered an All-Star by class as a defensive back.
Coach Kirk earned his bachelors in Business Administration & Sports Management.
